Aztec Hotel & Spa
The Aztec provides private dining rooms and suites for a range of numbers - ideal for events with entertainment and speeches or, for less formal occasions, an area of the restaurant can be reserved for your event.

Private events at the Aztec include:
- A dedicated host for the evening to oversee your event
- Table plans and name cards
- Table decorations and menu cards for each table
- Preferential accommodation rates for any of your guests who might like to stay over
Doubletree by Hilton Bristol South- Cadbury House
We’ve an excellent choice of rooms, from private dining rooms through to our Great Room. This particular venue has 2 bars, a stage, dance floor and outside decked terrace. It can accommodate 50 - 350 guests and has played host to numerous charity balls, awards dinners, association lunches and more.
The Master Room has its own bar and is ideal for smaller occasions, accommodating 50 guests for dinner and 100 for a buffet. This room interconnects with two other rooms to give it a light and spacious feel complemented by direct access onto a decked balcony with fantastic views.
Our Drawing Room can hold up to 60 people for a private dinner, again with outside access to a patio area boasting panoramic views across the Bristol Channel - a great spot for a cocktail party at the start of the evening!
Whichever room you choose it can be ‘dressed to impress’ with colour schemes to match the theme of your event – WOW factor guaranteed. We can even lay on a marquee in the grounds.
Best Western The Gables Hotel
Best Western The Gables Hotel is the perfect place for celebrations of all kinds, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, wedding, annual dinner or office party. The restaurant is ideal for small celebrations whilst the spacious Bristol Suite with its private bar caters for parties of up to 180 guests.
