Our key competitive advantage is that we offer a unique venue, The Great Hall seats up to 400 guests, coupled with the flexibility of allowing our clients the freedom to arrange their own catering, making it especially appealing to the Asian community which provides 33% of our wedding business.

The products and services we offer are extensive and are attractive to a wide audience:

Great Hall - currently undergoing major rectification work to the stone staircase and will be re-opened in Oct 08
Classrooms - offering lecture space to educational organisations, clubs and groups
Sports Hall - Leisure facility offering a wide range of sporting activities
Mackay Theatre - A 145 seated theatre with stage and lighting
Hub - At the centre of the school, the new "Hub" building which will replace the existing Sixth Form centre and library and will also contain a new lecture theatre. This will dramatically change the current look offering a more improved space to the commercial world - Opening August 2010.

Pavilion at Failand
Set in acres of playing fields and woodland the 2.5 Million pound project has resulted in a brand new Pavilion. Observe the breathtaking views from the main balcony, which overlooks the meticulously tended pitches making this venue perfect for sporting fixtures, summer weddings, BBQ,s. Seating 150 inside with extended space for marquees outside. The venue hire charge is £125.00 per hour.

· 150 banqueting chairs, 19 circular tables and our staff will set out the furniture according to any floor plans provided.
· 100 car parking spaces.
· Performing Right Society (PRS) License, so you can host a live band!
· A Temporary Events notice will be required for the sale of alcohol.
