eOffice

E-office

Eoffice offers networked, collaborative working and conference facilities in a highly contemporary environment. Once seen, it is acknowledged that eoffice has no equivalent. An office network has even emerged that promotes trade between the four eoffices currently operational; Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham and London.

Eoffice is quite unlike any other serviced office in the UK, and Bristol eoffice is quite unlike any other eoffice. This is because eoffice sets extraordinarily high standards of design that reflects their individuallocation through use of high-scale photographic images. So Bristol's eoffice features Brunel and his fantastic engineering feats, while Birmingham eoffice features The Bull Ring and Spitfire aeroplanes. This moves eoffice right away from its one size fits all competitors and gives each one a real sense of belonging to its city location.

Every eoffice is in a prime location. Bristol is a stone's throw from busy Corn Street and Broadmead shopping centre. It is on the first floor of the very imposing Prudential Buildings in Wine Street. The reception area with its striking sofas, bright red lockers and plasma screens sets the tone for the rest of this office and conference suite with the wow factor. This area is large enough for the handling of large numbers of people as an ante room to the conference and meeting facilities.

At the heart of eoffice Bristol is the 100 seat conference room. It is strikingly decorated in contemporary colours and its furniture is of the best Italian design. Upholstered stacking chairs and tables can be arranged auditorium style or to give a more collegiate setting for concentrated work. It has plasma screens and also a data projector, lecturn and wireless PA system. Refreshments are always on hand from the Illy Espresso coffee machines and the ice cold water in the drinks cooler. The nearby kitchen is equipped to cater for more elaborate refreshments.

Adjacent to the conference room are six meeting rooms that can be configured in a variety of ways for small meetings of four, up to board meetings of 14. They are all provided with plasma data screens and presentation materials. Illy coffee machines and a fridge stocked with iced water complete the picture in every meeting room. One of the meeting rooms is also equipped with full video conference facilities.

The conference and meeting rooms are only part of the eoffice picture. 100 workstations are available that appeal equally to those seeking conventional closed offices and to those who want to work in a more creative and interactive environment. There are closed offices that can accommodate from two to seven people, all with air conditioning and highly sophisticated furniture design. There are open plan offices with workstations in clusters of three that give the buzz and excitement of working in a busy environment.

Technology goes hand in hand with the design of eoffice. High speed broadband and WiFi is available throughout, together with sophisticated swipe card entry systems that allow users to access hot desk hours. Logging in automatically for use of pre paid hot desking. Virtual offices are also available for those who do not need a fixed desk.

Eoffice can offer conference and office facilities by the hour, day, month or year in packages tailored to meet exactly the needs of the client.

Many SMEs now regard eoffice as the benchmark working environment while an impressive array of major companies find the high-tech, contemporary conference rooms a refreshing change from the dark corridors and dingy wood-effect of many hotel conference facilities.
