Assembly caters for meetings or presentations for up to 60 delegates. The four assembly rooms all benefit from natural daylight, air-conditioning, state of the art technology, including ISDN lines, and broadband. Each delegate also has easy access to the fully equipped business centre.

Adjacent to the Assembly rooms is the stylish Mezzanine level, ideal as breakout space or for entertaining.

The Assembly rooms and the Mezzanine are also venues for private wining, dining and social events. The hotel also holds a wedding licence.

The hotel's bedrooms are all styled and finished with satisfying care, all of the 115 stylish bedrooms have a contemporary feel. River view rooms enjoy balcony doors too. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, blackout curtains and superb lighting, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar, safe and security locks. In the bathroom there is a separate power shower, and even a plasma screen, so you can watch TV whilst relaxing in the bath.

The Ellipse Bar and Lounge has a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, ideal for those lazy lunches alongside the river. Or you could wait until evening when the subtly lit contemporary surroundings are a lovely spot in which to enjoy a classic cocktail or champagne. The Ellipse Restaurant takes advantage of some superb ingredients, many of which are locally sourced from all over the West Country. The menu reflects the seasons, so that only the finest, freshest, simply cooked food is served. Free from the trappings of a traditional hotel restaurant, Ellipse is renowned for its comfortable and relaxed ambience. Road Directions

From the M4 & M5 (North, East and West)

Leave the M4 at Junction 19 and take the M32 into Bristol. At the end of the M32 turn left at the traffic lights; this will be signposted for Temple Meads Station. Follow the dual carriageway through the underpass and to the end. At the roundabout take the fourth exit, which will be signposted for ‘Broadmead’ (Victoria Street). Follow the road until you cross over a bridge. Turn left at the traffic lights into Baldwin Street and first left into Queen Charlotte Street. Parking is available at the NCP which is chargeable. Carry on past the car park, take the first left, then turn left again, the hotel is on the left.

From the A4

Follow the A4 all the way into Bristol. You will pass Temple Meads Station on your right. Stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the B4053. From the M5 (South West.)

Leave the M5 at Junction 18. Follow the A4 all the way into Bristol City Centre. Once in the Centre, you will need to drive in a horseshoe around the Centre so that Bar Excellence and the Army Career Centre are both on your left hand side. Follow the signs for the B4053 (Baldwin Street). Once on Baldwin Street take the second right into Queen Charlotte Street. Parking is available at the NCP which is chargeable. Carry on past the car park, take the first left, then turn left again, the hotel is on the left.
